Boil water advisory lifted

WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - September 19, 2008 - The advisory was put in place due to an equipment malfunction at the Stony Garden Water Treatment Plant. The company said the malfunction meant there was an increased chance that the water may contain disease-causing organisms.
