Two teenage girls are facing serious charges for allegedly attacking and robbing a University of Delaware student. 17-year-old Teirah Oneal, of Newark, was arrested on Tuesday.

Police say her accomplice, 17-year-old Brooke Boyd, also of Newark, remains on the loose.

Investigators say Oneal and Boyd assaulted the 21-year-old female victim at an off-campus shopping center about two weeks ago.

The student has since recovered.

Boyd is also wanted on several outstanding warrants, relating to another robbery case.
