The trailer and steel I-beams, valued at $40,000 together, were stolen over the weekend from the Ambridge Industrial Park. The trailer belonged to Metals USA.
Police say they have a few ideas on who may be responsible.
Investigators say they believe an employee gave information to thieves because the trailer was parked in a secluded area.
