That's because none of the tickets sold for Friday's $12 million drawing matched all five lotto numbers and the Mega Ball.
The winning numbers were 2, 9, 41, 48 and 51, and the Mega Ball number was 37.
Three second-prize winners matched five numbers to win $250,000 each.
And another 20 players matched four numbers, plus the Mega Ball number to win $10,000 each.
The next Mega Millions drawing will be held Tuesday.
The multi-state Mega Millions lottery is played in New Jersey and 11 other states.
