Borstad is the Director of Consumer Affairs for Burlington County. Jordan is a county freeholder.
And both appear in a series of videos on the county website. The goal of the videos... Stop people from losing money to rip-offs.
They're hoping the online videos reach more people than traditional brochures and mailings.
So far, eleven videos have been produced -- with help from Burlington County Community College.
The topics include how to avoid ripoffs at gas-stations, by home-improvement contractors and telemarketers and how to get out of credit card debt.
Though the videos were originally intended for Burlington County residents, their advice is universal.
Jordan says people from Pennsylvania, Delaware and other New Jersey counties will find the advice helpful.
