The prosecution has said the theft included money withdrawn from an ATM after Stein was killed.
Stein was once co-manager of the rock group the Ramones. She was also a real estate agent whose clients included Sting and Steven Spielberg.
New charges in death of NYC punk rock pioneer

Natavia Lowery already was charged in Manhattan with
second-degree murder in Linda Stein's death. An indictment updated
Friday added grand larceny, forgery and identity theft charges. She
has pleaded not guilty.
