Dumb thief

FARGO, N.D. (AP) - October 9, 2008 Police in Fargo, North Dakota, charge that's what Joseph Jada did. Not only that, police say he took the bike from a bike rack on the side of the police station.

According to authorities, an officer was filling out a report in his patrol car and saw the theft.

Jada claims the bike is his. But police say that's not true.
