Suspected thief found stuck

CAMDEN, NJ - October 22, 2008 - The owner walked further inside, finding at least one suspected robber was still there.

Apparently the woman, identified as 35-year-old Melissa Campbell of Pine Hill, New Jersey, tried to enter the bakery through the vent.

She got stuck and was there all night long.

People in the bakery started hearing pleas for help around 4am, she was rescued around 9:30am.

The fire department had to rescue her from the vent through the roof.

Camden Police believe she robbed the business with her boyfriend, who left her behind when she got stuck.

Police say Campbell was transported to Cooper Hospital for evaluation and then transported to the jail.
