Assault suspect tackled by customer

UPPER DARBY, Pa. - October 22, 2008 Bob Herdelin says he recognized Morgan from a poster in the bar. He spotted Morgan there today at about 4:00 p.m. and tackled him as he was leaving and held him until police arrived.

U.S. Marshals distributed wanted posters in the area.

Central Detectives confirm Morgan's arrest and say he will be charged with robbery and aggravated assault and transported to Philadelphia sometime tonight.
