Flames broke out at the Independence Mall in NEw Castle County on the 16 hundred block of Concord Pike around 4:15am.
Four stores are damaged and part of the building has collapsed.
Additional fire companies were called in to help fight the blaze.
No injuries have been reported and no word yet on what sparked the fire.
