A missing 81-year-old man has been found a state away a day after he first went missing.Semen Krywusha from the 900 block of Alburger Avenue in Northeast Philadelphia was found today in West Chester County, New York with an empty tank of gas in his car. Police have not released any details on how or why Krywusha ended up in New York. However, he is believed to be unharmed.
