The 47-year-old Alt took the witness stand in federal court in Manhattan on Tuesday.
She claims Greschner, who played for the New York Rangers, failed to give her half of his profits in the sale of a company they had invested in. Alt says she's owed at least a million dollars.
Greschner has said he doesn't owe money because there weren't enough profits to divide.
