But Kerry Miller says sometimes a blizzard of notes will backfire.

Miller says people think writing a note is the polite thing to do.
Like the time someone left an unsigned note that a young woman's attire was inappropriate for the office.
But Miller says often anonymous notes will just add fuel to keep a dispute burning.
