KENSINGTON - November 7, 2008 - 31-year-old Daniel Magee was apprehended along the Market Frankford El in Kensington, by off-duty SEPTA police officer John Rodriguez, who saw his picture on various media outlets.
According to SEPTA, Officer Rodriguez, a 5-year veteran of SEPTA's police force, approached the suspect, identified himself and made the apprehension without incident.
No injuries were reported and SEPTA Market-Frankford El service was not impacted during this time.
