Medics rushed the victim to Frankford-Torresdale Hospital where he is in critical condition.

The 22-year-old was found lying on Bustleton Avenue near President Street around 2:15 a.m. suffering from 2 stab wounds to the neck and 5 stab wounds to the torso.
