Man critical after stabbing in Bustleton

Philadelphia police are investigating an overnight stabbing in the Bustleton section that has left a man in critical condition. The 22-year-old was found lying on Bustleton Avenue near President Street around 2:15 a.m. suffering from 2 stab wounds to the neck and 5 stab wounds to the torso.

Medics rushed the victim to Frankford-Torresdale Hospital where he is in critical condition.

No word yet on why the stabbing occurred or who is responsible. Police are investigating
