The Action Cam caught the aftermath at D and Heald Streets in Wilmington.
Police say they actually spotted the pickup before the accident travelling at a high rate of speed along southbound Route I-495. Then, they lost sight of it. Ten minutes later, they found the pickup where it had crashed into the house.
Doctors are treating the driver for his injuries. He will be charged with DUI.
