The suspect was running and reportedly turned a gun on police. No police officers were hurt and it's not clear if he fired any shots at officers.
The crime scene is actually multiple locations along a section of 27th street.
Eventually shots were fired, the Action Cam spotted police running to the scene, and the suspect was pronounced dead.
Officers have been on the scene through the night conducting their investigation. Action News' Sarah Bloomquist is on the scene and will have updates throughout the morning on Action News and on 6abc.com.
