Drug stores offer food deals and more

Walgreen's has a lot of deals on food, which are very competitive with local supermarket prices. They have 2-liter bottles of Pepsi for $1 (limit 4) and 12-packs of Pepsi cans are three for $9. They're also offering Breyer's ice cream, two cartons for $7 and Bumblebee white tuna (6-ounce can) for just $.79 (with a limit of 3 and the in-ad coupon). Also with the in-ad coupon, you can pick up Campbell's Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Chicken soups five for $4 and Campbell's chicken noodle or tomato soup for$.59 each. Chicken of the Sea pink salmon is on sale (with the coupon). A 14.75-ounce can is $1.49

Some of the non-food items on sale at Walgreen's include Ravinia pantyhose, which is just $.69 a pair, with the coupon and knee-hi's, which are three for $1.

RiteAid is offering a number of Buy One, Get One Free deals this week. They include: RiteAid brand vitamins, Almay and Revlon cosmetics, L'Oreal Vive and Charles Worthington haircare products, Orbit gum, select roasted nuts and Purex laundry detergent. There are also a couple of items that end up free after a rebate. They are: Vaseline Intensive Care lotion and St. Ives skincare products.

CVS is also offering a number of Buy One, Get One Free deals, if you use your CVS Customer Care Card. Here are some of them: Russell Stover chocolates, Ajax liquid dish detergent, Ocean Spray cranberry sauce, Kleenex tissues, Revlon lip and nail products, Colgate toothpaste, Gold Emblem roasted nuts, Maxwell House coffee and Nature Made vitamins.
