Alicia Silverstone has been vocal for years about being a vegetarian.
Now, she's putting her way of eating onto paper.
Her cookbook and diet plan is expected to be available a year from now.
Silverstone's publisher says "the book explores the connection between what we put in our bodies and what we're doing to the planet."
"The Kind Diet" will include a diet program and 75 vegan and macrobiotic recipes.
