Four people are charged, two of them 21-year-old men who Philadelphia police say are Temple students. A third defendant is a 20-year-old woman who police say is a student at La Salle University, also in Philadelphia. The fourth is a 22-year-old man from New Oxford, Pa., about 100 miles west of Philadelphia.
