Today is Joe Biden's 66th birthday.
He's already gotten his gift from the boss, a dozen cupcakes.
According to staff, President-elect Barack Obama gave Biden his sweet present yesterday during what's become a weekly lunch at the transition office in Chicago.
The cupcakes were decorated with candles, and Obama teased that Biden was "12 years old!"
Biden responded, "Maybe in dog years!"
