Bohannon pled guilty this morning to shooting Daren Dieter and a woman with him outside a West Oak Lane bar and restaurant last year.
She recovered.
Dieter, the son of Lance Haver, was shot in the neck and paralyzed from the neck down.
Bohannon was spotted on surveillance tape the night of the shooting. He was captured in Georgia.
Prosecutors say the shooting was retaliation for an earlier altercation that Bohannon had with Dieter.
