Arrest in soldier's killing

PHILADELPHIA - December 19, 2008 - In a Friday morning news conference, police said they've arrested 16 year old Antionne Russell for the murder of 18-year old Private Terrance Davis.

Davis was home on military leave back on October 17th when he was gunned down in University City.

Police took Russell into custody Thursday night, after receiving an anonymous tip that he was hiding out in a home at the 55-hundred block of Webster Street.
