Wilmington fire officials say arrest warrants have been issued for a father accused of setting a blaze that injured his 16-year-old son. Fire officials say the father, Angel L. Rivera, has not been seen since the Dec. 12 fire and faces arson and attempted murder charges.

Fire officials say his son suffered second-degree burns to his hands and neck and smoke inhalation. Christopher Murtha, a spokesman for the Wilmington Fire Department, said Rivera's wife, daughter, niece and brother were also at home at the time of the blaze.
