Warrant issued for DE father accused of arson

WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - December 20, 2008 Fire officials say the father, Angel L. Rivera, has not been seen since the Dec. 12 fire and faces arson and attempted murder charges.

Fire officials say his son suffered second-degree burns to his hands and neck and smoke inhalation. Christopher Murtha, a spokesman for the Wilmington Fire Department, said Rivera's wife, daughter, niece and brother were also at home at the time of the blaze.
