City officials in Anchorage, Alaska, have ordered an end to the giant snowman.
Billy Powers and his family found a cease-and-desist order on the beginnings of their third Snowzilla.
The giant snowman has been a popular attraction in their east Anchorage neighborhood for the last three years.
In 2005, Snowzilla grew to 16-feet tall.
But neighbors complained about the crowds and traffic.
Now, city officials have declared Snowzilla a public nuisance and safety hazard.
