A 21-year-old man is sentenced for shooting a constable during an eviction. Tamarr Minor pleaded in October to two counts of attempted murder after a shooting in Yeadon, Pa. back in April.

He will spend 13 to 26 years in prison plus 14 years probation.

Minor was arrested in Southwest Philadelphia after police say he shot constable Carmen Damiani in the head.

Damiani was at Minor's apartment for an eviction, after Minor fell behind $2,000 on his rent.
