Bricks fall from Bellevue

On Sunday afternoon around 3:30 p.m., bricks were falling from the outside of the Bellevue onto 200 South Broad Street in Center City. The fire department said that there was a building defect and bricks were falling from the 15th floor and higher.

The Bellevue is 19-stories high.

No one on the street was injured.

South Broad Street was shut down until the fire department got the situation under control.

License & Inspections were called out to the scene to investigate.
