Sunoco's reporting a more than 200-million dollar quarterly profit.. boosted by plummeting oil prices and the potential sale or conversion of its Tulsa refinery.
The Philly-based oil refiner gained most of its profits at the pump - retail profit for the latter part of 2008 soared to over 100-million, from 1-million during the same time period in 2007.
