Drunk driver crashes into church

NORTH PHILADELPHIA - February 28, 2009 Early Saturday morning, a driver drove inot the St. James Baptist Church on the 2900 block of Germantown Avenue. Both the Accident Investigation Division and the 25th District are handling the case.

The driver was taken into custody.

No injuries were reported.

A church in north philadelphia has a big clean up this afternoon after a drunk driver slammed into the church overnight.

It happened in the early hours Saturday morning at the St. James Baptist Church located on the 29-hundred block of Germantown Ave. Both AID and the 25th District are handling the case.
