Identities released in restaurant deaths

TRENTON, N.J. - March 12, 2009 - The bodies were discovered Wednesday by firefighters responding to a fire alarm activation at the El Rancho Restaurant on Fulton Street in the city's Chambersburg neighborhood.

Sgt. Pedro Medina, a police spokesman, said the two men - 44-year-old Juan Reyes and 51-year-old Jose Peralta - were business partners and were arguing late Wednesday morning over finances when Reyes apparently shot Peralta and then turned the gun on himself.

Medina said a 9 mm handgun that belonged to Reyes was recovered next to his body. But further details on the shootings were not disclosed.
