But some geocaching fun led to a few tense moments in Boulder, Colo.
A teacher reported seeing a couple burying a duct tape-wrapped tackle box near the entrance to a Boulder high school.
It also happened to be the 10th anniversary of the Columbine massacre last month.
It turns out the couple was just leaving a harmless prize for fellow geocachers to find with their GPS navigation devices.
Boulder police spokeswoman Sarah Huntley says the couple had no idea their actions would create such concern.
The geocaching couple won't be charged.
