HOCKESSIN, Del. - May 25, 2009 - It happened along Millcreek Road near the Brackenville Road intersection around 4:00 p.m.
Police say the driver failed to negotiate a curve, went down an embankment, struck some trees before his truck came to rest in a creek.
The driver, who was pronounced dead at the scene, was partially ejected.
Police are trying to determine if speed and alcohol were contributing factors to this crash.
