As they approached the man, police say he became combative. The officers asked the man to put his clothes back on, the man failed to comply and a physical altercation erupted between one of the officers and the disrobed man.
The struggle involved the officer's gun, which discharged once before the suspect gained control of the gun. The suspect proceeded to point the gun at the officer he struggled with only to have that officer's partner shoot the suspect one time in the chest.
Right now there is no age or identification on the suspect yet.
Both officers suffered abrasions and one may even have a broken wrist.
