Police say Armato was on the roadway when he was struck by a white Honda and then was immediately hit again, this time by a black Lincoln.
Armato became stuck under the Lincoln car.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
As of now, no charges have been filed.
It is unknown why Armato was on the road at the time the accident occurred.
An autopsy has been scheduled.
