The woman was killed at the scene.
Officers say the vehicle that hit the woman stopped at the scene.
Just before 11 p.m. there was no word if any charges would be filed in connection with the crash.

Police tell Action News that the woman was hit just before 8:45 p.m. in the southbound lanes of Roosevelt at the intersection with Pratt in Philadelphia's Lawncrest section.
