Ocean City bank robbed by man on bike

Police in Ocean City, New Jersey are looking for a man who robbed a bank, then fled on a bicycle. It happened at the Sturdy Bank on 34th Street around 9:05 a.m.

Investigators say no weapons were displayed during the robbery, and it is unknown how much money was stolen.

There is only a vague description of the suspect.

Police say the bicycle that was believed to be used by the suspect was later recovered a short distance from the bank.

The suspect in this robbery is believed to be involved with six other robberies in the New Jersey and Delaware areas.

The FBI and the State Police are involved in the investigation.
