Man shot in the back in S. Philadelphia

SOUTH PHILADELPHIA - August 4, 2009 The shooting happened just before midnight near the intersection of South 5th and Emily Streets in South Philadelphia.

The victim was transported to The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in guarded condition.

There is no word on a suspect or a motive.
