Police say 33-year-old John Ward and his wife, 32-year-old Joy, were pronounced dead at the scene and their 14-year-old daughter Sarah was pronounced dead at Milford Memorial Hospital.
Another daughter, 8-year-old Hailey, was listed in critical condition at Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children on Sunday evening.
Police say the driver of the other car, 22-year-old Darien Custis, is charged with three counts of vehicular homicide and one count of vehicular assault.
