The bales of hay have burned through the night in Pilesgrove Township along Route 40 near Glassboro.
Several fire companies from throughout the area finally got the upper hand on the fire Tuesday morning before 6:30 a.m.
Nobody was hurt.
Officials say you can expect delays along that section of Route 40 while the firefighting and cleanup continue.
