Police say Weah was the therapist for the 15-year-old victim until November, 2008.
According to investigators, Weah called the victim again Monday morning and asked her to meet him at a fast food restaurant on Route 130 in Edgewater Park. He then said he would take her to a motel for sex.
When he arrived at the restaurant, Weah was arrested.
Weah's bail was set at $100,000 with no 10 percent option.
