There will be class Tuesday in the North Penn School District. A Montgomery County judge issued an injunction, thwarting the teacher's threat to strike.

94 percent of the teachers at a special union meeting voted in fair of a strike if talks break down.

The district is now making a move to enter into non-binding arbitration. It's awaiting a response from the union on that possibility.

North Penn is Montgomery County's largest school district.
