Giving dogs a 2nd Chance this Labor Day

HUNTING PARK - September 6, 2009 The Action Cam was at the Pennsylvania SPCA in Hunting Park Sunday morning. Dogs that were rescued from severe neglect and illegal dog fighting operations were hoping to find new homes.

Despite a rough past, these dogs are happy and healthy and anticipating a brighter future.

There are more than 100 dogs that need homes.
