Arrest in deadly huffing accident

UPPER DARBY, Pa. - September 10, 2009 Police say Jankins was behind the wheel when her car crashed into two women outside Delaware County Memorial Hospital on August 12th.

19-year-old Nicole Gallo was killed instantly.

20-year-old Christine Bochanski was critically injured.

Jankins told police that she had dropped her iPod and was trying to retrieve it.

Action News learned earlier this week that toxicology tests showed that Jankins was high on marijuana and had been huffing chemicals as well.

Bail has been set at 10 percent of $250,000 and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for Wednesday.
