One hurt in Phila. bar shooting

POWELTON - September 12, 2009 It happened at Scooters at 38th and Lancaster Avenue in Powelton early Saturday morning.

Police say a man who was kicked out of the bar came back and shot up the front door.

The bullets shattered glass and one person was injured.

The victim was taken to the hospital in serious condition.

The gunman fled the scene.
