CENTER CITY - September 17, 2009 --
Philadelphia Police say they caught a suspected bank robber, not too long after the afternoon heist. The holdup happened at the Sovereign Bank at 11th and Market Streets in Center City.Police captured their 50-year-old suspect on the 2900 block of Kensington Avenue.
They say he was carrying $2,000 and could be connected to other robberies.
