Police: Teen nabbed after using stolen cell phone

DOVER, Del. - September 18, 2009 Police say the teen robbed two women as they left the Luther Towers retirement apartments.

The teen was arrested Thursday after he used the stolen phone and he was charged with robbery, possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, aggravated menacing, wearing a disguise and conspiracy. He was being held in lieu of $80,000 secured bail.
