Two men sought in Del. identity theft

DOVER, Del. - September 22, 2009 The men used the I.D. to open an account at a Kohl's department store, making $1,000 worth of purchases from locations in Middletown and Dover.

The suspects also tried to open additional accounts under the victim's name, but were unsuccessful.

It happened back on June 18th, and police say they recently received surveillance pictures of the men.
