About 100 soldiers with the Delaware Army National Guard's 261st Signal Brigade - including Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden - are returning from Iraq. Guard officials said the soldiers will be reunited with their families Friday at Fort Dix., N.J., after a year in Iraq.

The brigade was responsible for maintaining communications networks and ran the Baghdad Signal University. Biden, son of Vice President Joe Biden, worked as a military lawyer.

The vice president saw his son during a visit to Iraq last week. He was not expected at Fort Dix on Friday, but plans to be at a homecoming ceremony next week in Dover. ---
