Martin Brodeur made 21 saves and Dainius Zubrus scored his first goal of the preseason in the New Jersey Devils' 1-0 exhibition victory over the Philadelphia Flyers on Saturday night. Zubrus's shot from the top of the slot sailed past Flyers goalie Brian Boucher at 1:40 of the opening period to help the Devils improve to 3-1-0.

Brodeur, coming off a 2-1 overtime loss in Philadelphia on Thursday night in his first preseason start, fended off a 5-on-3 power play midway through the first and grabbed Blair Betts' blast from the left circle with 6:06 left in the second.
