1 injured in 3-car crash on Rt. 422

The accident was reported around 6:10 a.m. Thursday in the eastbound lanes of Route 422 approaching Route 202 in King of Prussia.

One person was taken to The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in serious condition.

The accident occurred in the left lane of the highway, but the right lanes remained open to traffic.

The scene has since been cleared.

There's no word on what caused the crash.
